Challenge Coins​

Challenge coins are part of a longstanding military tradition that builds unity and encourages achievement. 

For generations, USMMA midshipmen and graduates have made it a tradition to collect and display the coins for each of the four years they have spent at the academy.

USMMA challenge coins are sold prior to Parents Weekend every year. Each year's coin has the class design on one side of the coin -- the same design that is on that year's First Class ring. The opposite side of the coin has the USMMA school crest.

This keepsake is a special way to honor, inspire and support midshipmen as they journey through their years at the academy.  They also make terrific gifts for parents, grandparents, siblings, high school teachers and coaches that played an instrumental part in getting them there!
